Station Square
Located in the heart of Burnaby’s Metrotown neighbourhood, once complete Station Square will encompass 5 residential towers from 35-57 stories with 1,800 homes and over 450,000 sf of new retail and office space. Together, Anthem Properties and Beedie Living have completed Phase One of the development including 269 residential units and the redevelopment of 200,000 sf of retail space which is now 100% leased. Phase Two is almost complete and includes the construction of two residential towers and 88,000 sf of retail, restaurant and office space. The third and fourth phases are currently under construction and the final phase will be complete in late 2021.
