With 7 years of award-winning industry experience in Residential, Pre-Sales and Land Assemblies across the Tri-Cities, Ken brings an innovative edge and leading sales strength to his position as Associate Partner with the Blue West Realty Team.  A former long-time resident of Maple Ridge, Ken recently relocated to Mission, extending his reach across the Fraser Valley to assist his clients achieve their real estate and investment goals in Langley, Abbotsford, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, Mission, Chilliwack and Hope. In fact, Ken’s ties to the housing industry started many years ago, when he launched his own construction company at the age of 20. Working as a licensed Residential Home Builder for 30 years, Ken built custom-crafted homes across the Lower Mainland. This experience, coupled with his many accreditations, enable Ken to work in partnership with clients, manage projects, negotiate, plan and execute timelines, and use innovative thinking to problem solve. As a retired volunteer Firefighter Captain for the Maple Ridge Fire Department, Ken has also honed his ability to lead and collaborate with others in high-stress contexts. This impressive repertoire of skills translates well to Ken’s Real Estate practice, where he leads his clients through the purchasing and selling process with open communication, an impressive work ethic and the determination to ensure his clients’ needs are consistently met.
