Westbank is now 30 years old and from a standing start to one of the largest development companies in the world, tens of thousands of individuals have entered our universe. Literally tens of thousands. Now, something that I try to do with my children and need to do more of, is pass on the things that we have really learned from this journey. And one of the things I’ve learned through everyone I’ve met and everything we have achieved together, is the importance of curating the people in our lives. I think in the early days we probably allowed too many people in and we didn’t hold onto some tight enough.

Which brings me to Stella. She is a bundle of positive energy – every opportunity that we have to work together with her is an opportunity to be drawn along with her because she will stop at nothing to achieve our goals. We started our working relationship on Kensington Gardens in 2012 and it continues to this day on multiple projects in multiple countries from Tokyo to Hawaii to Vancouver.

We look forward to working on many, many more projects with her in the future.
